Steve has been personal training with Coach Landon since before the doors at CFRR opened. It's rather impressive to seen the gains he has made. Losing body fat while maintaining solid lean body mass is tough as it is and can be an up hill battle for many. Steve has worked his butt off (no pun intended) and the result...just over 10 pounds of SOLID lean body mass GAINED. Coach Landon and Steve incorporate strength, cardio, and muscular endurance WODs (workouts) into his routine . They are very individualized based on his goals and what HE WANTS.Congrats Steve for all you have accomplished and for being an inspiration to so many. We are very happy to have you as apart of the CFRR family! 



Christie began her fitness journey with CFRR 2 months ago and has made the decision that nothing will stand in her way! Already atop the max height box jump leader board at a crazy 40" jump, she is mastering everything from double unders (above) and Olympic lifts as well. Not only does she attend the Ladies only 5:15pm class, train 1-on-1 with me, but she also dove right into our paleo/primal nutrition challenge and has made significant changes in her weight and body composition. Her decision to make CrossFit a LIFESTYLE will make her fitness journey well worth it. Thank you, Christie, for inspiring us all and keep pushing hard! This type of work is what drives me. Keep rockin' that weight vest!
