Michelle and I met a little over 4 years ago and began training back in my 24 Hour Fitness Days. It was kind of by chance as she had been approached by another trainer before me and I got lucky enough to be able to work with her. She was always fit and in good shape but over the years I have seen her increase strength and her overall training capacity.
During her 60 minute sessions, we cover a wide range of constantly varied movements and we perform them at high intensity. CrossFit. She lifts heavy on some days, lighter on others, high reps and low reps and everything in between. Outside of our workouts, she swims, cycles, runs (half and full marathons), and does yoga.
Alot of women are scared to lift weights for fear of "bulking" up. Well, I have seen Michelle lift for the last 4 years and she hasn't bulked up, but has gotten more defined and a leaner look that most women thrive for. keep up the great work Michelle!
