This website discusses the "caveman", or paleo, diet to some extent and how some people have fallen into this type of diet. It goes further to discuss how professors and researchers believe this type of lifestyle promotes better athleticism and overall fitness. I would say I follow this about 80/20. The one thing that is tough for me to give up is rice. Other than that, I am pretty strict with it. Meats, nuts, fruits, and vegetables. Check out the article....
