Nutrition and Thanksgiving

As we approach this year's holiday season, we need to be focused on what we are looking to gain from the holidays. Now this is a question many of us may not ask ourselves, however I was thinking about it just the other day and I tried to come up with a good answer so here goes:

I am looking for quality family time Thanksgiving dinner as much as the next person, but Adrien and I are planning a different style of dinner. It will be very paleo friendly and ultra tasty!

Here's what I do not want to see happen with myself or any of my athletes: I dont want anyone to come back on Monday and be upset with themselves and down on themselves because of how they ate. No regrets! If you do go off the deep end, then own that and move past it! The best and easiest way to avoid this is by planning what you are going to have before you sit down to the dinner table. If you are attending a dinner someone else is hosting, offer to bring a dish and prepare it accordingly.
