It's time. It's here. If you're asking yourself if you are actually ready, you are. CFRR's ultimate strength training program is launching and is about to take lifting and CrossFit to a new level. Be ready.

What's the purpose?


First of all, I love lifting heavy weights! I love setting new personal records on strength lifts and beating old times during met-con workouts. I know you all love this as well. It's a certain rush that gets your adrenaline pumping like no other. There is no better feeling than being able to tell yourself, "I am better than I was yesterday" and be confident that you are indeed, stronger, faster, and more fit than you were the day before. It's a feeling unparalleled by any other.

When doing any form of exercise I always want to take it to the next level. In group training, sometimes it's hard, as a coach, to devote the attention needed to make changes that everyone wants. That being said, here is the opportunity to train in a super small group with tons of personal attention. The attention and time needed to excel at power, olympic, and total body strength movements.


Is it for me?

As is the CrossFit program, this training program can be tailored to any fitness level and any strength level. It will be intense but will be fun and beneficial at the same time. It will dive deeper into proper form and technique and will unlock strengths and potentials unknown to yourself.

Why is strength important?

Total Body strength is important for multiple reasons and every coach and trainer probably has a few different answers to this question, but a few of the main reasons are to increase the amount of lean body mass that each individual person has. In doing this, the amount of body fat percentage will certainly drop, provided that proper nutrition is achieved. Another big reason to strength train is that it will help with bone density and further the onset of osteoporosis. As we age, bone density decreases and strength training is a great way to combat this.
