I met Paul about 5 years ago when I began working one on one with his wife at 24 Hour Fitness. After Paul's trainer moved, he and I began training once a week and have been doing so ever since.
We would go through workouts and he would push himself through and under my watchful eye, he gained strength and muscle.
Paul began CFRR Classes 2x/week but was just getting through the movements. During our PT sessions, we began to focus on skill and form. He now does kipping pull ups with no band, double unders, and his form on his Olympic lifts get better each and every time he works them.
Paul is a perfect example of pushing his own limits while focusing on form and preventing injury. He is a great PT client and an awesome class member! Keep up the great work Paul!
