Why is CrossFit the best? You decide.







Over the last 6 months or so I have been putting CrossFit on a bit of a pedestal about how great of a training program it is and how much better it is than all other programs. In doing so, I have gotten a lot of flack about it so let me dive in.....

Do I still think it's the best? Without a doubt it's the best.........for me. Let me define: I need a program that gives me strength and power training while improving my cardiovascular and muscular endurance. One that can add muscle and decrease body fat. One that challenges me as much mentally as it does physically. And most of all, a program that I can't get enough of and keep wanting more and more of. But again, that's just me. I consider myself an athlete and nothing has prepared me better for "life" than CrossFit. You might find yourself with a different goal and that's fine. 100% your choice. So again, CrossFit is the best program for me. That's why I'm so passionate about it.


Side notes-

Stationary bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines, and stair climbers. Wow.
