Over the last 7 years of being in fitness, I've heard thousands of times that people don't have time to workout. I've heard every excuse there is. Almost to the point to where it makes me laugh. Not to say that people aren't busy because I completely understand that. I laugh at how much they talk like they are so upset that they can't find any time to devote to their fitness and health.
People, it's not that you don't have the time, it's that you don't or won't make the time. At the end of the day, it's just another excuse.
Shawn C is a member who could easily use this as an excuse but instead he chooses to rise above and make fitness a way of life for himself and his family.
Owner and head chef of 3 ultra successful Austin restaurants, Shawn shows up to class 3-4 times a week to crank out his wods. Sometimes operating on 3 hours of sleep, he still goes hard and gives it everything he's got.
