Focused on Boston!

The Boston Marathon is next Monday, April 16, and one of my longest clients to date will be running it, Michelle Reed.

She has been in serious training for this thing for the last year it seems like and is going in fully prepped to dominate as only she knows how.

Through constant variation in her training which involves distance running and crossfit workouts, Michelle has improved her athletic ability and will be sending her best to Boston.

Her strength training has included everything from old school strength training, functional plyometrics, strongman movements, and Olympic weight lifting. All of this mixed in with muscular and cardiovascular training as well.

Michelle is a very inspired person and inspires many others as well. Thank you Michelle for allowing me to be a part of your training and good luck!!!!
