Wow. The open ended 3 weeks ago and the time has flown by. Training sessions have come and gone. 2 and 3 a day wods have come. Interviews and videos are almost all complete. It's hard to stay focused on the actual event with all the prep and hooplah leading up to it!
I have managed to stay as focused as ever with all of this going on. I knew I had a big support system in all of the coaches but as I glanced at the regionals t-shirt order yesterday, I had to take a second to let what I saw soak in......
Over 50 members placed orders for a regionals t-shirt for me. Unbelievable. 50 people care enough to order and pay for a shirt that is being made because of me. This is what goes through my mind when I want to ease up during a workout. It more than just my workout. It's every member of CFRR's workout. This is our regionals. Let's do this!
