How many of you have ever wanted to be better at body weight movements? Toes To bar or knees to elbows? Maybe be more efficient at pull-ups or ring dips? How about learning a kipping hand stand push-up or walking on your hands? And do I dare even mention the bar muscle up? For alot of us it may seem way out of our league and for others, you might have some of these movements but may not be as comfortable with them as other movements.
If any of the above describes you then know 2 things: one, you are most definitely not alone and two, the drop in week gymnastics camp will be beneficial to you!
Over the course of 3 days, we will go over progressions of the above mentioned movements in order to teach you what areas o each movement you can work on to move closer to performing it in an RX manner.
Each of the 2 hour sessions will be spent isolating the movements and breaking them down in order to learn what skills need to be focused on more than others.
The conclusion of each day will have a wod that utilizes what we've practiced for the day. This will not only. E a learning experience for each of you but will also be fun and challenging! There are limited spots available so sign up quick!
The class will meet August 28-30 from 530-730pm and will be led by Coaches Adrien, Richie and Landon.
