I often get asked what type of squat is better, high bar or low bar. Generally, my answer is that people should back squat the way the feel comfortable but also work the less comfortable movement with lighter weight to build some confidence with that lift. There are a few more reasons, other than just comfort, that go into which type of squat will benefit you more. It basically comes down to what you are training for and what the ultimate goal is.
