2012. Are you ready?

2011. What happened to the year? It came and went with the blink of an eye. So many life changing events and happenings and everything has brought us to this moment. The last few days of what I will label as one of the best years of my life. Thank you 2011 and thanks to all that made this year one of the greatest ever.





Just one week from now, we will begin 2012 and it is certain to contain greatness. Without saying too much, the first great thing that is happening will be the REBORN challenge. This is CFRR's signature challenge and will be an 8 week, life altering experience. Pick your goal and drive toward it for 8 weeks with blinders on. It will happen and it will be phenomenal.
